Bill & Pay is a complete invoicing and payment solution that is fully integrated with QuickBooks.

Get paid faster with a customizable invoicing and accounts receivable solution without the custom cost. Create your invoices in QuickBooks and auto-sync them into Bill & Pay. From Bill & Pay you can process the payment, set up recurring payments or email the customer with a link to pay. Customers can pay using ACH or credit card and Bill & Pay works with any merchant account. Payments sync back into QuickBooks and mark the invoice as paid.

Customers have the choice to pay with or without a login. The business also has the option to enter customer payment information directly into Bill & Pay. Bill & Pay does not require you to use a specific merchant account. You choose the merchant account you want and process through Authorize.Net.

Payments from Bill & Pay auto-post into QuickBooks: the invoice is marked paid, credits A/R and posts to undeposited funds. Manually sync or set auto-sync hourly, daily, or options in between. Set up recurring transactions in QuickBooks and recurring payments in Bill & Pay (ACH or credit card) and your work is done! Customers automatically receive a payment confirmation email.
