Each workspace—merchants, reports, portfolio, account—brings together related tasks with one-click actions for easy merchant management. To find and manage individual tasks and items, you can use:
- Smart Search, a Google-like search functionality that quickly finds individual merchants, transactions, invoices, and more
- Quick Filter, which provides intelligence for faster completion of your everyday tasks, such as driving merchant activation or resolving fraud reviews
- Drill-down links for easy access to the details of any task or item

AI-first approach to help and support
To ensure you can get help whenever you need it, we've integrated AI-powered support into Authorize.net. 'Ask Anet' answers your questions quickly. It also provides related suggestions when appropriate and will soon be able to transfer you seamlessly to a human agent when their help is needed. And you still have the option to call our support team and speak directly to a human agent at any time, too.
Coming soon: more tools to support your merchants
We'll be adding further tools to help you perform more actions on behalf of your merchants, enabling full service management and giving more control over your portfolio. This means you won't need to lean on Authorize.net support to execute some of the service requests that they do today. We’re focused on giving partners full control of the merchant experience, opening the potential for additional service revenue and improved retention.
