The GEMtouch product name is intended to highlight a user experience optimized for mobile solutions and on-premise, point-of-sale terminals.
GEMtouch replaces or integrates the large number of disjointed vertical solutions serving the hotel revenue centers mentioned above. More importantly, it provides an easy to deploy and train solution for the majority of points of service where no automated system currently exists.
GEMtouch combines these property level services into a central enterprise framework providing solutions and published services for central reservations, Web & mobile, single guest itinerary management, customer relationship management, and distribution to OTAs via managed channels.
